James graduated from Macquarie University with degrees in Arts & Law in 2001.  Having majored in French, he then travelled throughout France to further strengthen his fluency in the Gallic tongue.

After return from his European travels, he was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 6 December 2002.  He subsequently became a Senior Associate, and since 1 July 2009 has been a Partner in the firm.  His particular responsibilities include the general administration of the practice and the firm’s trust account regulatory compliance.

He has pursued further studies in finance and economics and has developed particular expertise in the following areas of practice:-

•    Property Development & Conveyancing;
•    Commercial and Business Law;
•    Probate and Administration; and
•    Wills and Deceased Estates.
